Bechara Nasr joined Polygon in 2016. Prior to that, he was a Director at HSBC Principal Trading team, managing risk arbitrage and event driven investments. He also worked at Samena Capital, where he was a Senior Vice President covering equity and credit special situations in emerging markets. He started his career in 2003 in the M&A department of Lehman Brothers before moving to its Principal Investing division focusing on European Special Situations. Bechara holds a Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris and a Civil Engineering degree from E.S.I.B in Beirut. Bechara is based in London.
