Real Estate
GreenOak Real Estate ("GreenOak") is an independent, partner-owned, real estate focused principal investing and advisory firm that seeks to provide strategic advice and create long term value for its clients and investors. Formed in 2010, GreenOak is a highly focused global platform with an experienced and cohesive senior team that possesses a long and successful track record advising clients on strategic mandates and investing in and managing real estate to create value.
GreenOak has offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Munich and Tokyo with dedicated teams having local knowledge, experience and extensive networks in each market. The partners and senior executives come from real estate private equity investing, investment banking, and financing backgrounds. Collectively, the senior investment team has over 80 years of real estate experience across the US, Europe and Japan.
GreenOak has partnered with Polygon and Tetragon Financial Group to provide capital and infrastructure and related services and support from Polygon's industry-leading platform.
