Our focus is concentrated on structural alpha, the bedrock of opportunity on which strategy is built. That is our primary consideration and everything follows from there.
Private Convertibles
Our private convertibles team focuses on customized structures with actively negotiated documentation. Robust hedging seeks to provide strong downside protection while preserving significant upside opportunity through coupon and equity participation. We focus on a smaller number of well-sourced, thoroughly-researched and carefully-monitored names that are sourced via our deep relationships.
